Carol is GREAT, She provided immediated response to any and all questions we had. Even after purchasing, Carol touched base to see how the property was treating us. She made this process easy for us.

Carol went above and beyond her role in helping with our home sale. When some personal issues prevented us from being totally involved day to day with the process, Carol came through and did many extras to help us get through each step in the process. It wasn't that she did those extras it was that she volunteered daily to help us and do things that typically would be the sellers role. Carol never hesitated to do anything we needed.
